Shipping policy
BIASA ships domestically in Indonesia via JNE and internationally via Fedex. BIASA may choose another shipping company if needed.
Shipping rates depend on delivery location. Following are standard shipping rates subject to change:

Indonesia: IDR 40,000

Asia: IDR 250,000

International: IDR 450,000
Free shipping is available within Indonesia on orders over IDR 3,000,000, and internationally on orders over IDR 3,500,000.
Once an order is confirmed, it is shipped the next business day by standard shipping. Domestic delivery takes 5-7 business days; international delivery takes 7-14 days.
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive an email containing shipment details, including the Airway Bill Number (AWB) and/or tracking number. Order status can be tracked via the customer account online or via the courier website using tracking details.
Customs and duties may differ depending on the destination country and region and are not included in the purchase price. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees and duties. For more information about potential charges upon delivery, please consult your local customs office or shipping provider. BIASA cannot provide zero-rated invoices for customs purposes.
Customers can opt to collect items purchased online in our physical store by selecting this option as a preferred shipping method.
